Refund Policy

DOMINION SCRUBS offers complimentary returns and exchanges on all orders placed at dominionscrubs.com or our authorized retailers within 15 days of purchase. We only accept returns or exchanges for items that are defective or sent in error. Please ensure a written explanation of the valid reason for the return or exchange is provided within 24 hours of receiving the product. Custom, oversized, or hazardous items are not eligible for return. Items that have been used will not be accepted for returns or exchanges. Items with any stains, odors, perfume scents, marks, damage, or water stains will not be accepted for returns or exchanges.

Shipping charges vary by city and country and are applied based on weight. The estimated charges are displayed on the final review of your order page, before you make the payment. The final delivery charges will be calculated prior to the dispatch of the product(s) and if they differ from the charge shown on the “final review of your order” page, you will be informed of the final delivery charges.
